Agree on terms
Describe the parcel, offer a price and discuss details in the built-in chat with auto-translation. The traveler decides whether to accept.
Hand over the parcel
Meet at the agreed place. The traveler photographs the parcel on acceptance and the app compares it with your photo.
Confirm delivery
On handover the traveler enters your confirmation code — only then is the payment charged to your card.

Good to know
The sender must describe the parcel truthfully and the traveler may refuse it. Prohibited items cannot be transported.
Delivery time depends on the flight schedule and the parties’ agreement.
Cancelling before a request is accepted is free. Cancelling an accepted request less than 6 hours before departure means compensation to the other party.
