    How it works

    1. 1

      Publish your flight

Route, date and free luggage weight

    2. 2

      Receive requests

Senders offer a parcel and a price

    3. 3

      Accept the parcel

Check the contents and take a photo on acceptance

    4. 4

      Get paid

After delivery is confirmed with a code

On the platform the traveler posts an upcoming flight, states the available weight and reviews senders’ offers. You decide which request to accept, how much you want for the service and whether the handover suits your timing and terms.

How to earn during a flight with JetJoin

JetJoin doesn’t offer a job with a fixed schedule. The idea is simpler: you are already flying and can consider delivering a permitted item on the way. A reward only arises when you have agreed on and completed a specific request.

    1. Publish your upcoming flight

Enter the departure and arrival cities, the date and time of the flight, the flight number if you have it and the available weight in checked or hand luggage. Don’t state more free weight than you can actually use.

    2. Receive offers from senders

Senders look for suitable flights and send requests describing the contents, the weight and the proposed amount. You don’t have to look for parcels in random chats.

    3. Choose a suitable request

Check the item details and clarify the meeting place and carriage terms. You can negotiate the price or decline. Nothing is chosen automatically: the decision stays with the traveler.

    4. Agree on the handover and get paid under the deal terms

Once agreed, the parties confirm the delivery on the platform. The handover and the payout of the reward happen according to the agreed terms and the current service rules.

How much can a traveler earn

There is no single rate per flight. The reward depends on the route, the weight and size of the parcel, the handover terms and the sender’s offer. The traveler can discuss the price of each request separately.

For example, you publish an Almaty — Istanbul flight with 8 kg available. A sender offers 30,000 ₸ to have 2 kg carried. If you agree, the calculation for this request is based on the agreed 30,000 ₸, not on a notional value of all your available luggage.

Under JetJoin’s current model, the traveler fee is 10% of the agreed delivery price. At a price of 30,000 ₸ the deduction is 3,000 ₸, and the traveler’s reward before any taxes and other costs is 27,000 ₸. This is an illustration of the calculation, not a promise of earnings.

Can I take several parcels on one flight

Yes, if the total weight and nature of the items match your capacity, the airline’s rules and legal requirements. You consider each request separately and decide yourself when to stop accepting new offers.

Don’t agree to more items than you can safely check and carry. Whether carriage is allowed matters more than the potential reward.

What items can be carried for a reward

Whether delivery is possible depends on the contents of the parcel, the route and the carrier’s rules. Documents, clothes and small personal items may be allowed, but some goods are subject to restrictions and paperwork requirements.

Before agreeing, always find out what is inside and check the applicable rules. Don’t accept closed packages with unknown contents, prohibited items or things that can’t legally be imported into the destination country. International carriage for a reward may have separate customs and legal implications.

Why the traveler chooses the requests

On JetJoin everything starts with a published flight. A sender can offer a price and describe the parcel but can’t oblige the traveler to take it. This lets you take into account your personal plans, available luggage and the convenience of the handover.

If there are several suitable requests, the traveler decides which to accept. Each sender gets separate terms and a separate price.

    How to arrange delivery safely

Check the contents and packaging, agree on the handover place in advance, don’t hide goods from inspection and keep the essential terms of the deal in the app. If in doubt, decline the request.

Identity verification and the platform’s payment mechanism help organise the interaction, but they don’t replace personal caution, customs procedures and the airline’s rules.

Publish your flight and review offers

If you are already planning a trip, publish your route on JetJoin and state your real free weight. Senders will be able to offer deliveries on your route, and you will choose suitable requests and agree on the reward.
