Send a parcel from Aktau to Astana

Aktau is a city on the Caspian Sea, the centre of Mangystau Region, with a sea port and oil and gas companies. Astana is the capital, home to ministries, government agencies and the headquarters of many companies. The cities are roughly 1,730 km apart in a straight line: the overland trip takes a day or more, so sending a parcel with someone who is flying is the fastest option.
