Parcels for family on the coast and in big cities

Russian-speaking families live in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, on the Costa del Sol and the Costa Brava; many retirees spend most of the year there. They receive documents for their NIE and banks, certificates, medicines, books, gifts and things for grandchildren.

JetJoin helps you find someone travelling from Russia to Spain who is willing to take a small parcel — without postal delays or courier rates.

    Route and meeting

Travelers fly from Russia to Spain with a transfer — via Istanbul, Belgrade and other hubs. Search for a trip to the recipient’s city: Málaga and Barcelona are far apart.

In summer, many travelers to the coast are tourists who go straight to their hotel. Arrange to meet at the arrival airport or the hotel.

What Spanish customs will let through

Spain applies EU rules: meat and dairy products from non-EU countries may not be brought in, plants need documents, and alcohol and tobacco have limits. Medicines are for personal use, with a prescription.

EU sanctions rules restrict the import of certain goods of Russian origin — expensive items and anything that looks like goods are best not sent.

    How to prepare the parcel

Describe the contents and upload photos and videos of the items and packaging to JetJoin. Put documents for Spanish authorities in a folder and make scans.

Don’t include cash or hand over closed boxes.

    Price and payment

You offer a reward, and the traveler agrees or names their own amount. JetJoin’s sender fee is 15%.

All users go through an identity check. The traveler photographs the parcel when taking it and enters the confirmation code when handing it to the recipient in Spain — only then is the payment charged.
