    What people send from Spain

From Spain to Russia people send gifts, documents, books, children’s things, medicines for personal use, sweets and olive oil. Russians living in Spain go home for holidays — JetJoin helps you find them.

It is a direct agreement between two people: the platform does not take parcels into a warehouse or send them itself.

EU sanctions on exports to Russia

The EU bans the export to Russia of luxury goods above a set value threshold and many categories of equipment. Designer clothes and accessories, expensive watches and jewellery, premium alcohol and new electronics may be held on departure.

Send personal items, documents and inexpensive gifts — it is safe for both you and the traveler.

    Route and meeting

Travelers go from Spain to Russia with transfers. Arrange the meeting in Madrid, Barcelona or Málaga in advance and with time to spare before departure.

In Russia, the recipient meets the traveler in the arrival city.

    Preparing the parcel

Upload photos and videos of the contents and packaging to JetJoin and list the items. Jamón is a meat product: its import into Russia is restricted, so better not send it. Olive oil goes in checked baggage.

Don’t hand over items the traveler doesn’t know about.

    Price and payment

You propose the reward, and the traveler agrees or names another amount. JetJoin’s sender fee is 15%.

The traveler photographs the parcel when taking it and enters the confirmation code when handing it to the recipient in Russia — only then is the payment charged.

    Frequently asked questions

    Can I send jamón?

Better not: the import of meat products is restricted. Send sweets and other factory-packed food instead.

    Can I send olive oil?

Yes, if the traveler agrees: in checked baggage and sealed packaging.

    Can I send new electronics?

EU sanctions restrict the export of some electronics to Russia, so it is risky.

Where in Russia will the parcel arrive?

In the traveler’s arrival city — most often Moscow or Saint Petersburg.
