    As an EAEU member, Kazakhstan applies duty-free allowances for personal items. One or two purchases for yourself or as a gift are fine; several identical new items look like goods for sale and are not sent via travelers.

    Keep the receipts. Send vitamins in factory bottles and in personal-use quantities. Discuss phones, laptops and power banks in advance: batteries travel in cabin baggage.

    Packaging and description

    Take items out of large online-shop boxes to keep the parcel compact. Upload photos and videos of the contents and packaging to JetJoin and list the items.

    Send documents and diplomas in a rigid folder. Don’t put cash or items whose origin you can’t explain in the parcel.

    Price and payment

    You propose the reward, and the traveler accepts it or discusses another amount. JetJoin’s sender fee is 15%.

    The traveler photographs the parcel when taking it and, after handing it to the recipient in Kazakhstan, enters the confirmation code — only then is your card charged. All users go through an identity check.
